Greek salad recipe#
Ingredients#
Recipe for 4 people
2 big tomatos (or 4 smaller tomatos)
1 big cucumber (or 2 to 3 smaller cucumbers)
1/2 big red onion (or 1 small red onion)
1/2 green bell pepper
200g feta cheese
1 table spoon of red grape vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)
2 table spoons of olive oil
1 tea spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of oregano
Instructions#
Prepare the Vegetables:
Thoroughly wash the vegrtables
Chop the vegetables in small pieces (tomatos and cucumber) and stripes (bell pepper and onion)
Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl combine the vegetables
Add the salt, the vinegar, the olive oil and the oregano
Mix well
Add the salad in a big plate
Place the feta cheese on top (whole)
Add a drizzel of olive oil and a pinch of oregano on top (optional)
Serve:
Serve the salad immediately, ensuring it’s fresh and crisp.
