Greek salad recipe#

Ingredients#

Recipe for 4 people

  • 2 big tomatos (or 4 smaller tomatos)

  • 1 big cucumber (or 2 to 3 smaller cucumbers)

  • 1/2 big red onion (or 1 small red onion)

  • 1/2 green bell pepper

  • 200g feta cheese

  • 1 table spoon of red grape vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)

  • 2 table spoons of olive oil

  • 1 tea spoon of salt

  • 1 tea spoon of oregano

Instructions#

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Thoroughly wash the vegrtables

    • Chop the vegetables in small pieces (tomatos and cucumber) and stripes (bell pepper and onion)

  2. Assemble the Salad:

    • In a large bowl combine the vegetables

    • Add the salt, the vinegar, the olive oil and the oregano

    • Mix well

    • Add the salad in a big plate

    • Place the feta cheese on top (whole)

    • Add a drizzel of olive oil and a pinch of oregano on top (optional)

  3. Serve:

    • Serve the salad immediately, ensuring it’s fresh and crisp.
