Pico de Gallo#

Ingredients#

  • 6 plum tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped

  • 3 tablespoons lime juice (about 1 lime)

  • 1 tablespoon cilantro stems, finely chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions#

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
